We were looking for a new Thai delivery place in the area and came across Roi Siam. First off, the order arrived in a very timely fashion and was completely accurate. My Pad See Ew with Chicken was certainly enjoyable. The chicken was a little dry, but, also, extremely lean, which was likely why; it was not chewy at all, though. In addition to fried egg and Chinese broccoli, there were fresh basil leaves included, which really added a new flavor to my old standby. I thought the sweet soy sauce was a tad oily and salty, but it definitely packed a lot of flavor. I also had a few bites of the Drunk Noodles with Chicken, which was ordered at the highest spice level and did arrive with a ton of heat. In fact, you could see loads of chili flakes in the light, oily sauce. These noodles seemed to be a bit more mushy than those in the Pad See Ew, but the dish was still delicious. Lastly, I sampled the Basil Chicken with Brown Rice. We had ordered that dish at a medium spice level, so it was less intense, but still had a nice amount of heat. The basil sauce was not thick, but was still really flavorful. The dish included fresh green and red bell peppers, as well as onions and basil leaves. The accompanying brown rice was fluffy and not over- or under-done. We were impressed by Roi Siam and will likely be ordering from there again in the future.

This is my favorite Thai food in the area. The food is always flavorful, delicious, and well prepared. They are closed Tuesdays which is unfortunate because sometimes I crave the food on Tuesdays and am disappointed to not be able to get it but besides that, everything here is great. This is my go-to for when I want Thai food.

The Thai curry, Pad kee mao, Pad see ew, Crab Rangoons are delicious! They use fried tofu which has a delightfully chewy texture and the flavor is on point. The noodles have that tasty wok charred taste making it really yum! This place has not disappointed at all - always consistent!
